Admission Requirements:

The participants bring the following professional background:

Participation in the training course “Basic Training in Brushcutter Management” (Formación Basica en Manejo de Desbrozadora) of the provider Internaco/Husqvarna approved by PersCert TÜV. The course duration is 2 days with a total of 16 hours. The presence is documented by the provider by signature of the participant. Admission to the exam is subject to a minimum attendance of 80%.

  • Written Exam
  • Practical Exam
Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Cleaning and clearing work in different areas and situations, always with efficiency and safety
  • Safety equipment
  • Basic concepts for the maintenance of the machine, lubricants, filters, sharpening and:
    - Special protection equipment (EPI´S)
    - Machinery maintenance review (revisión maquinaria)
    - Machinery handling (manejo de maquinaria)
    - Brushcutting technics (técnicas de desbroce)

Successful candidates have the competence in order to:

  • Advice on choosing the right machinery for the work that is needed, main equipment and type of machinery.
  • Handle different cutting elements in different situations and terrains.
Recertification:

Participants demonstrate the relevance of their competence in a recertification process.
