Candidates must show their specific skills in one of the tools part of this certification program through the presentation of:

• Attendance Certificates of training programs regarding each of the specific computing tool (no more than 2 years or regarding the last version of the concerning Computing tool) with examination approval, or if they are not in position of it, the candidate have to:
• Do an specific exam organized by TÜV Rheinland regarding the specific tool that no Training or corresponding Certification can be presented.

• Written exam (Multiple Choice)

By passing the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following topics:

• Understanding of operative systems
• Operation of desktop & office computer programs and applications: text processors, spreadsheets, presentation managers, forms
• Work with and management of Collaborative Technologies Tools and Cloud
• Location and evaluation of information in the internet: Navigation on web pages, search, Social media platforms
• Use and organization of Email applications: email and task management, Diary, Contacts & Cards, Messenger services

Successful candidates are in a position to…

• be able to use and manage the necessary business tools and applications, independent from specific products, allowing the candidates to automate and perfect the usual office tasks

In a recertification process participants have to prove their expertise is up to date:

• Evidence of actualized training and / or valid specific certifications such as ENI, MTA, MOS, CompTIA, ICT, and more (no more than 2 years or regarding the last version of the concerning Computing tool)
