• Completed university course of study
  or
• Completed vocational training

• Chamber of commerce approval as financial services provider

• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a client advisor in the financial sector
  and
• The participant has attended a minimum of 80% of the JURA DIREKT Academy’s course „Emergency Manager (family unit)“ the contents, duration and structure of which are recognized by the personnel certification body PersCert TÜV

• Written exam (multiple choice and case study)

• Recognize and explain emergency and representation situations
• Evaluation of effects of generational financial and legal dependencies
• Representation options and legal backgrounds
• Toolbox: Entrepreneurial power of attorney, emergency app (business), emergency service for the business field
• Cross-generational consulting for the family network concerning emergency management. Linking legal and financial provisions

Successful participants are in a position to manage emergencies in the family network in a competent manner und to provide well-founded guidance for action.

Participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
