Admission Requirements:
  • Completed university course of study
    or
  • Completed vocational training
    and
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional experience as a trainer or speaker
    and
  • The participant has attended a minimum of 80% of the JURA DIREKT Academy’s course „Specialist Trainer (JDA), the contents, duration and structure of which are recognized by the personnel certification body PersCert TÜV
Examination Components:
  • Written exam (multiple choice)
  • Demonstration lesson
Required Competencies:
  • Structure of JURA DIREKT Academy’s seminars
  • Use of effective teaching and learning methods
  • Adult learning psychology
  • Fundamentals of learning, tools and methods
  • Motivation of participants: tools and personality trainer

Successful candidates have provided evidence with their certification that they are able to implement topics of the JURA DIREKT Academy in practice – especially Actuarial Advisor (family unit) and Emergency Manager (family unit) - according to the provisions of the JURA DIREKT trainer guides in a methodically and didactically targeted manner while observing group-dynamic aspects
