  Suitably qualified professionals, who want to upgrade their qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Naval Architecture or structural engineering.

• Successful participation in the ASTS Global Education India qualification “Post Graduate Diploma in Navel architecture and offshore Structural Engineering” with a duration of 360 hours and recognized by the Personnel Certification Body of TÜV Rheinland. The admission to the exam is granted with a minimum participation of 80%.

• Structural design of various of fixed and floating offshore platform
• Stability analysis of marine vessels
• Strength calculation of ships and offshore structures
• Analysis using software MOSES  and SACS
• Drawings in AutoCAD for any kind of marine/offshore structures
• Planning using software PRIMAVERA
• Engineering calculations in shipyards and design consultancies
• ”Regulatory Advisor “duties in marine industry, handling all clarifications on regulatory issues.

Successful Graduates are in a position to:

• Specify and  perform design analysis of offshore platforms and ships by preparing spread sheets and using International Codes
• Execute proficient planning and designing in the area of Naval Architecture and Offshore Structural Engineering
• Perform various drawings of ships and rigs in AutoCAD
• Accomplish and review design modelling in MOSES and SACS for marine vessels and offshore structures
