A. State recognized degree in any one of the following

• Master of Engineering ( ME ) / Master of Technology in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical or
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical or
• ITI in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical
  
  or, alternatively
   
• Suitably qualified professionals, who want to upgrade their qualifications, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing.

B. Successful participation in the Techshore Inspection Services qualification Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing with a duration of 290 hours and recognized by the TÜV Rheinland Personnel Certification Body. The admission to the exam is granted with a minimum participation of 80%.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Candidates will be proficient in designing HVAC Systems, Firefighting systems and  Electrical systems in Building
• Good Knowledge in servicing HVAC systems
• Will be competent to maintain the entire building related to Mechanical, electrical and plumbing
