• Completed school qualification
• Completed vocational training
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Successful participation in the Bonn-based platform 3I GmbH’s qualification „Digitalpass starter“ and in the advanced qualification „Digitalpass Professional“ consisting of 4.5 training days, recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

• Written examination (Multiple Choice)
• Oral examination (case study with lecture and additional examination questions)

• Digital conversational skills (Skype, Lync, Google Hangouts, Teamviewer et al)

• Research on and selection of digital tools for productivity improvement

Successful participants are in a position to

In a recertification process participants prove their competence is up-to-date.
