Certification Program Title:Post Graduate Diploma (SMEC) Technical Building Management with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification
Admission Requirements:

1. State recognized degree in

  • BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Mechanical) or Diploma (Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Mechanical) or B.Sc Electronics

or, alternatively

  • Suitably qualified professionals, who want to upgrade their qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Building Management.

2. Successful participation in the SMEC LABS qualification “Post Graduate Diploma (SMEC) Technical Building Management” with a duration of 280 hours and recognized by the personnel certification body PersCert TÜV. The admission to the exam is granted with a minimum participation of 80%.

  • Practical exam
Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Candidate will be competent to do the design and installation of the building security systems such as Fire alarm, CCTV/IP cam, Access control system.
  • Good knowledge in present scenario for providing the complete security of the building as well as the occupants.
  • Sound knowledge in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) system design and integration.
  • Candidate will be able to integrate total system control unit using PLC and SCADA.
