  • paints and varnishes (16 units)
  • floor coverings (16 units)
  • lamps and lighting (8 units)
  • sales training for project sales staff (8 units)
  • design planning for project staff (16 units)

and proove successful completion of the training module Legally Secure Customer Advisory Service (16 units).

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Sun shading and curtain poles
• Varnishes, paints and natural wood protection
• Wall paper
• Floor coverings
• Customer sales advice
• Legal fundamentals

Successful candidates have demonstrated their competence in providing comprehensive advice to customers regarding the decoration and redesign of living space in all respects.

In a recertification process participants have to prove their expertise is up to date.
