University degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience or university entrance qualification, respectively secondary education certificate, vocational training and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as well as successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Academy’s qualification „Process-oriented Organization Developer (TÜV)“, recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Fundamentals of organization development & Personal Mastery
• Leading and taking action in a complex environment
• Exploiting group dynamics and team building
• Implementation of process management projects in the organization

„Process-oriented Organization Developers (TÜV)” know methods and principles of systemic organization development and change management and can practically apply these to their work situation. They are in a position to successfully carry out complex organizational change projects.

Recertification requires the attendance to at least 8 lessons of subject-related training per year and continued professional activity with qualification-related tasks.
