Attendance of Seminar of Business Coaching with positive readiness evaluation by the course instructor. The qualification is aimed at company employees who are involved in the internal communication, goal setting, and improvement programs (e.g. Plan/Do/Check/Act activities) of the company.

Based on the positive evaluation of the required seminar and a written examination (multiple choice) the participant proved competence in the following areas:

1. Understand the roles of the internal company coach and apply these in interactions with the members/team
2. Build the foundation upon which to develop relationships with the internal company members/team
3. Draw out self-initiative and higher potential from the team members
4. Develop team members through the goal-setting process
5. Ensure that efforts by the team members to work towards their goals are continuous
