University degree and  a minimum of 2 years of professional experience or general qualification for university entrance and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie qualification “Strategic Process Manager (TÜV)”, recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

“Strategic Process Managers” are in a position to successfully achieve the strategic goals of the organization using processes and by analyzing processes considering market- and competition-related aspects and by setting process goals. They have the relevant expertise with regard to process-oriented alignment of organizational structures, management roles, corporate culture and comprehensive anchoring of processes in the organization.

Recertification requires the proof of attendance of a minimum of 8 teaching units of further training in this field per year, and continued professional activity in qualification-related tasks.
