• Completed vocational training and a minimum of 3 years professional experience
• Practical experience in project management (proof via project management certification or confirmation from employer) and
• Good communication skills in English as well as good argumentation skills in German (proof via confirmation from employer) and
• Participation in the Framatome training course “Professional for Idea Management with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification”, recognized by PersCert TÜV, with a minimum attendance of 90%.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Management of ideas and improvements
• Methods, processes and structures
• Understanding of the role
• Service and employee orientation
• Self-management
• Communication and conflict management
• Fundamentals of relevant laws and directives

Successful candidates are in a position to promote the idea management of a company using concrete innovative concepts, as well as a target- and employee-oriented procedure, thus supporting the continuous improvement process.

The participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
