• As an instructor of college degree and above (also abroad) at least 3 years teaching experience in related department or
• As a senior managerial  level leader at least 2 years in senior care service or medical institution or
• Having senior professional qualification (ex: physician, registered nurse, healthcare manager, dietician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social manager) and
• Participation in the 30 hours training course “Trainer for Care Management” of CEO International Consultant Co., Ltd., recognized by the personnel certification body. Admission to the examination is given on a minimum attendance of 80%.

• Written exam (multiple choice)
• Oral exam

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Planning, control and organization of business processes
• Quality management and teaching skills
• Object management
• Cost accounting and operational analysis
• Human resources management and teaching skills
• Service performance management and teaching skills
• Integrated marketing Management
• Crisis management and contingency plans
• Teaching points and skills

Successful candidates have the necessary knowledge and skills for teaching, managing, planning, controlling and conducting to support the care service development and enhance competition.

• Proof of running continued professional training sessions for more than 30 hrs per year for the latest 3 years OR
• Successful participation in the written and oral exam for a Train the Trainer Qualification training session
• Should the certificate holder not fulfil the requirement then they must repeat the whole certification process before renewal.
