Participants have a minimum of 12 months experience in the repair and fitting of vehicle glass.

Participants

• have completed the Carglass GmbH 1 week basic training comprising 50 teaching units and have completed 4 weeks of induction training in Training Service Centers. A confirmation of participation is required as proof,

OR

• have 36 months of uninterrupted experience in automotive glazing and can prove successful participation in the following fields CORE (Glas-Medic) QSWS (Quality Starts With Safety), and STOP (Occupational Safety),

and prove the following

• minimum 1 assessment WSS exchange
• minimum 1 assessment glass repair (GM)
• minimum 1 assessment EZI Wire Assessment
• minimum 1 assessment TEK assessment for mobile fitters
• the Multi-Lifter introduction
• the GTS introduction
• an advanced training in the field of service and customer orientation
• knowledge of use of the TMD (Technical Master Database)
• an introduction to order processing

Written exam (multiple choice)

With their practical experience, training measures and assessments as well as the written examination participants prove their competence in the repair and the fitting of automotive glas. As a result customers are guaranteed a uniform high quality service independent of manufacturer, model and year of construction of the vehicle.
