Admission Requirements:
  • Completed vocational qualification as Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Professional, Bank Professional, a degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant professional experience or experience as a Real Estate Agent according to §34c of the German Trade Regulation with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, or
  • Completed qualification as an Architect, Construction Engineer, Master Craftsman or Technician, registered at the Chamber of Crafts, exemption by the Chamber and a minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience or a trade qualification as journeyman of the construction trade with a minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience.
  • Participation in the SAA seminar “Authorized Expert for Evaluation of Real Estate and Damage to Buildings”
Examination Components:

• Written examination
• Written expertise in both areas of certification
