• A successfully completed vocational qualification in a recognized commercial profession and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the real estate market or
• Other successfully completed vocational qualification and a minimum of one year of work experience in the real estate market or
• A successfully completed degree from a University of Applied Sciences or students of upper semester. A minimum of one year of work experience in real estate or
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in the real estate market

Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH training course “Real Estate Administrator (TÜV)” using proof of the examinations accompanying the course.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Economic conditions of the real estate market
• Company management and control
• Personnel, work organization and qualification
• Real estate management
• Construction project management
• Market orientation and sales, estate agent tasks
