1. Regular Production Surveillance

   In order to ensure that products initially tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland continue to be produced in consistent quality, the production is inspected at regular intervals. The procedures in the production premises are inspected, such as the purchasing of components (supplier assessment), the individual processing stages and pre-delivery inspections. The use of the keyword "Regular Production Surveillance" confirms that the production has been subjected to such inspections.

   

2. Seguridad

   Informes de accidentes ilustran la importancia crítica de la seguridad. La palabra "Seguridad Comprobada" al lado del número de identificación significa que tanto el diseño y suministro regular de este producto han pasado una serie de pruebas independientes por TÜV Rheinland con las normas de seguridad rigurosas, proporcionando una verificación adicional crucial de las declaraciones realizadas por el fabricante. Naturalmente, las pruebas varían según el producto, con resistencia al fuego y la seguridad eléctrica sólo dos ejemplos.

   

3. Type Approved

   TÜV Rheinland has tested this product to ascertain whether this product complies with the relevant technical and safety requirements. The products tested mainly involve components intended for installation as well as end products which are not yet ready for use.
   For each product the internationally valid and applicable standards are checked. In cases where there are no standards or where they are inadequate, an inspection catalogue has been defined which follows the existing standards and which supplements the requirements not already described there. The product is then tested in the lab in accordance with these criteria.
   The keyword “Type Approved“ confirms that the product meets the test criteria of TÜV Rheinland.
