  1. At least two years of experience as a teacher, trainer, coach, trainer, personnel developer or a comparable activity in the field of human resources or organizational development.
  2. Participation in the course "Metaverse Trainer" provided by a recognised training provider and approved by PersCert TÜV.

• Required Competencies

  In the exam, participants demonstrated knowledge in the following areas:

  • Key terms, background and development to the Metaverse.
  • Role and responsibility of the Metaverse Trainer
  • Possible applications of Virtual Reality as a medium in the Metaverse
  • Differentiation of different platforms for the use in the learning and personnel development process with Virtual Reality
  • Importance of the use of Virtual Reality in training
  • Design of training concepts with the use of Virtual Reality
  • Differentiation between VR/ online/ face-to-face trainings
  • Safe onboarding and offboarding of participants
  • Design of own VR workshop scenarios
  • Fascilitation in Virtual Reality
  • Ethical principles in the use of Virtual Reality

  After successfully completing the examination, the participants have the following skills and competences: 

  • They can classify the current development in the context of the metaverse.
  • They can recognize the chances of Virtual Reality in personnel development, in the learning process or in coaching.
  • They have an overview of the technology, different solutions and can use them for the individual design of their teaching as well as their learning, training, workshop and coaching formats.
  • They take over the moderation of workshop formats in Virtual Reality.
