  The participants bring the following educational and professional background:

  • Senior Secondary School degree (+2)

  AND

  Participation in the training course “Hospital Administration and Health Care Management“ of the provider Nexora approved by PersCert TÜV. The course duration is 180 hours. The presence is documented by the provider by signature of the participant. Admission to the exam is subject to a minimum attendance of 80%.

  Successful candidates have the competence in order to: 

  • Know different department functions
  • Handle the patients in the disaster situation
  • Know the handling the biomedical waste products
  • Understand the maintenance of the records
  • Handle front office work and do the date and bed allotment for all the patients  
  • Understand the requirements of medical gases and maintain the sufficient stocks of all hospital materials.

  Participants demonstrate the relevance of their competence in a recertification process.
