  The participants bring the following educational and professional background:

  • PersCert certification “Lead Trainer for Vocational Education (TÜV)” 

  Participation in a relevant training course approved by PersCert TÜV. The candidate must have successfully completed all relevant assignments during the training (continuous assessment). The training organization provides a report of the continuous assessment results.

  • Research TVET systems, policies and strategies 
  • Understand a range of applied research methods (research techniques and methods, types of data sources, defining a problem or issue into research questions, ethical issues
  • Know management strategies and understand organizational context, its stakeholders and environment
  • Determine how knowledge management goals, processes, and tools can add value to the organization
  • Understand how to maintain a professional relationship with organizations
  • Understand how to maintain and update a database of employers and training providers.
