Certification Program Title:Certified Energy Manager (TÜV)
Admission Requirements:

The participants bring the following educational and professional background:

  • Minimum D3 Polytechnic vocational school with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other relevant major OR
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience in energy conservation;

AND

Participation in the training course “Energy Management” of the provider TÜV Rheinland Indonesia approved by PersCert TÜV. The course duration is 5 days with a total of 32 hours. The presence is documented by the provider by signature of the participant. Admission to the exam is subject to a minimum attendance of 80%.

  • Practical Exam
Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Requirements for organizational energy policy
  • Energy management system planning
  • Application of energy saving in building and transportation
  • Evaluation of energy management
  • Management review principles of energy saving.

Successful candidates have the competence in order to:

  • Understand national energy conservation regulations
  • Prepare organizational energy policy
  • Plan an effective energy management techniques and approaches
  • Implement energy management plan
  • Evaluate effectiveness of established energy management system
  • Carry out an energy management system review.
Recertification:

Participants demonstrate the relevance of their competence in a recertification process.
