The participants bring the following educational and professional background:

• Completed specific vocational qualification or course of study in the corresponding field with subsequent task relevant
  
  OR
   
• 7 years of professional experience in leading a team (proven by completing the CV model of TRR)
  
  AND

Participation in the training course “Methods for Quality Control Engineer Expert Level” of the provider TÜV Rheinland Romania approved by PersCert TÜV. The course duration is 4 days with a total of 32 hours. The presence is documented by the provider by signature of the participant. Admission to the exam is subject to a minimum attendance of 80%.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Quality concepts and the purpose of quality management systems
• Establishing, defining, implementing and monitoring the quality strategy of the company as part of its overall business strategy.

Successful candidates have proven the skills to:

• Apply methods, processes and tools for planning, controlling and improving the quality of products and processes
• Create, implement and manage a quality management system within an organization
• Establish, implement and manage quality policies and objectives within the overall strategy of an organization
• Plan and conduct quality change processes within organizations
• Plan and conduct risk analyses, in the field of quality, within organizations, as part of their overall strategy.

Participants demonstrate the relevance of their competence in a recertification process.
