The participants bring the following educational and professional background:

  • College Degree or above

  • Successful participation in the 7 days training course “Production System Integration Technician (TÜV)” at the minimum of 80% attendance, recognized by the Personnel Certification Body.

Nachzuweisende Kompetenzen:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Electrical schematic diagrams
  • Industrial BUS communication
  • Multi-axis servo control
  • Storage systems, RFID Integration and applications
  • MES, PLC, conveyor line cognition and applications
  • Cognition and applications of robot
  • System debugging

Successful candidates have the skills to:

  • Model a production line operating to the required speed, including warehouse setup, industrial robot assembly work station, visual inspection workstation and quality inspection workstation.
  • Integrate the production line according to requirement.
  • Optimize the industrial robot motions.
Rezertifizierung:

Proof of related working or practical experiences in related field in past 3 years.
