The participants bring the following professional background:

• Employment as Technical Advisor in Plumbing and Air Conditioning in one of ANDIMAC associated Companies

Participation in the blended training course “Asesor Técnico en Fontaneria y Climatización” of the provider ANDIMAC approved by PersCert TÜV. The course duration has a total of 82 hours (70H On-line + 12H F2F). The presence is
documented by the provider by signature of the participant. Admission to the exam is subject to a minimum attendance of 80%.

• Written Exam
• Final Project Presentation

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Commercial understanding on how to practically develop a commercial service based on advice of specific technics, materials and equipment (plumbing and A/C):
  - General concepts of safety according to the population profiles: home conditioning, security and structural safety
  - Basic conditions in housing
  - Usage and accessibility of space
  - Lighting, ventilation and home acoustics
  - Energy efficiency and savings with plumbing and air conditioning
  - Moisture protection
  - Commercial planning and sales techniques
  - Client loyalty and negotiation
  - Marketing and publicity

Successful candidates have the competence in order to:

• Advice clients about:
  - Plumbing and Air Conditioning materials
  - Techniques and equipment most suitable for the construction or home improvement
  - Knowledge for improving the quality and environment in Plumbing and Air Conditioned

Participants demonstrate the relevance of their competence in a recertification process.
