• Class 10th standard / Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) & above
  
  OR alternatively
   
• Candidates below Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) qualification who want to upgrade their qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Crane operator

AND

• Up to date driver license and medical certificate

AND
 

• Successful participation in the Rabiya ITI training course “Professional Mobile Crane Operator“, recognized by PersCert TÜV. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the total 240 Hours teaching units.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Safety measures before, during and after load moving activities
• Move the loads using sling and other rigging hardware
• Describe the effects of counterweight when the boom length or boom angle changes
• Determine crane capacities for load radius, boom length and boom angle by using load chart
• Demonstrate crane setup procedures and correct operating practices
• Crane Periodical maintenance schedule & procedures
• Calculation of SWL of rope
• Following national legal requirements (India) to run mobil cranes

Successful candidates are in a position to work as a Mobile Crane Operator and to maintain mobile cranes properly.

• Successful participation in relevant refresher training for Professional Mobile Crane Operators by Rabiya Industrial Training Institute.
• Continuous work experience in the certified field.
