• Class 10th standard / Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) & above
  
  OR alternatively
   
• Candidates below Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) qualification who want to upgrade their qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality control.
  
  AND
   
• Successful participation in the Rabiya ITI training course „ Professional in Quality Control“, recognized by PersCert TÜV. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the total 630 Hours teaching units.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Sound knowledge in the field of quality requirements in various industries
• Perform of  NDT in RT, UT, MT & LPT
• Design of Process Piping  and Piping Isometric
• Piping Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Properties of Piping Materials
• Welding Codes & Standards like WPS, PQR, WQT
• Material properties and welding processes
• Identification of welding defects and inspection
• Heat treatment and Non-Destructive test methods
• Piping testing and inspection
• QA/QC methods (Preparation of procedure, documentation and report making).

Successful candidates are in a position to

• perform inspection on all welding related activities
• perform selection of values and flanges etc.
• perform QA/QC tests in the respective area
• perform inspection to any other material/materials under non-destructive method

• Successful participation in relevant refresher training of the Professional in Quality control by Rabiya Industrial Training Institute.
• Continuous work experience in the certified field.
