• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in the construction and renovation sector
• Successful participation in the training course of the Gremi de reformes d’interiors, cuines i banys de Catalunya de Tècnic en Reformes d'Interiors, recognized by PersCert TÜV. The admission to the exam is granted with a minimum participation of 80% of the 10 modules.

• Written Exam (Multiple Choice)

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Providing customers with professional advice on technical factors of inside design, the planning of renovation works, the best design project and high-quality construction material
• Planning a renovation project, preparing and closing a budget and coordinating projects and staff
• Negotiating with suppliers

Successful candidates are in position to advise clients on the design of renovation projects and refurbishments and the selection of the best building materials, plan the timeline of the renovation project, make the economic valuation, select and hire the work team, and validate the quality and agreed conditions for renovation work.
