• Operational responsibilities of the data protection officer

Successful candidates know the legal requirements on the subject of data protection (EU GDPR, Federal Data Protection Act), the rights and responsibilities of the data protection officer as well as the components of an efficient data protection management system. They are in a position to meet the requirements in practice and to implement and oversee the basics of such a system.
