    • Documentation and billing
  • Welding inspection
    • ASME BPVC SECTION IX (welding and brazing qualification), visual inspection
    • Usage of different gauges of document verification
    • Pre hating and post weld heat treatment of welding consumables
    • Specifications welding positions.
    • Base metal preparation and weld quality
    • Welding safety and introduction to Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW), Production Welding Processes.

Successful candidates are in a position to…

  • Perform visual inspection of welding related activities
  • Check compliances with various applicable codes & standards
  • Perform selection of values and flanges etc.
  • Perform QA/QC tests in the respective area
  • Perform inspection at other materials under non-destructive method
