Titel des Zertifizierungsprogramms:Certified Overhead Crane Operator (TÜV)
Zulassungsvoraussetzungen:
  • At least high school graduate
  • Successful participation in the Certified Overhead Crane Operator (TÜV) training recognized by PersCert TÜV. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 90% of the total 16-hour teaching units.
Prüfungsbausteine:
  • Written Exam (Multiple Choice and Open Question)
  • Practical Exam 
Nachzuweisende Kompetenzen:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Types of overhead crane
  • Hazards on overhead crane
  • Overhead crane safety
  • Hand signals

Successful candidates have the competence to (as per practical exam):

  • Safely operate the overhead crane safety
  • Be aware and conscious of the hazard when operating the overhead crane safety
  • Ensure general crane safety and operational safety
  • Recognize hand signals and perform periodic inspection
Rezertifizierung:

In a recertification process participants have to prove their expertise is up to date.
