Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Academy’s qualification „Data Protection Representative in the law firm (TÜV)“, recognized by PersCert TÜV. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

„Data Protection Representatives in a law firm TÜV“ have acquired the necessary expert knowledge according to article 37, paragraph 5 EU-GDPR to fulfill the responsibilities of a data protection representative (article 39 EU GDPR). They are in a position to identify, to initiate, to accompany and to monitor the relevant data protection measures that are required in a law firm. Besides legal fundamentals, they can above all highlight the issues related to data protection for which documentation and accountability is required by legislation.
