• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5 years in leadership roles
• A Bachelors degree with honors in engineering or technology, plus either a Masters degree or Engineering Doctorate (EngD) accredited by a professional engineering institution in the candidate’s local country

• Creation of a Case Study
• Online Written Exam

Candidates will prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• By using a combination of general and specialist operational technology cybersecurity engineering knowledge and understanding they can address the OT cybersecurity requirements of a business.
• They can apply appropriate theoretical and practical operational technology cybersecurity methods to the analysis and solution of cybersecurity problems.
• The candidate can provide technical and commercial leadership in the OT cybersecurity domain.
• They can demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate demonstrates a personal commitment to professional standards, recognising obligations to society, the profession and the safety of industrial and operational technology related implementations.

***Note: the examination and case study presentation will be conducted in English***

The recertification is based on the engineering work experience of the candidate in the previous 3 years including their continuous professional development (CPD) records in the field of OT cybersecurity.
