• Project management knowledge
• To be an employed Commercial Technical Advisor of one company associated to ANDIMAC
• The candidate has completed successfully the ANDIMAC training course “Commercial Technical Advisor „Cuidatucasa", recognized by the Personnel Certification Body PersCert TÜV. The candidate must have been in attendance for 80% of the 22 teaching units.

• Written examination (60 questions): 50% of the final grade
• Presentation of a final project: 50% of the final grade

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Comprehensive vision on the aspects that generate comfort and well-being in the home, as well as recommendations for quality materials improvement so that these objectives are achieved.
• Commercial understanding on how to practically develop a commercial service based on advice of specific technics and materials
• Degrees of improvement in constructive aspects and commercial development.

Successful candidates have the skills to advice clients about the construction materials, techniques and equipment most suitable for the construction or home improvement, and sound knowledge of how to improve the quality and environment in the housing area.
