• Relevant professional experience in the field of wellness
• Successful participation in the Bädercoach GmbH’s training, recognized by the certification body

The training includes 91 teaching units of theoretical and practical training and a 2-week internship.
Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the training

• Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Quality management,  preparation of work and process instructions and  practical forms processing
• Occupational safety, fire protection & emergency response
• Cleaning and hygiene – Requirements and their implementation
• Controlling, invoicing and reminder process, comparison of suppliers , warehousing and order management, annual inventory
• Contract law, domiciliary rights, traffic law, labor law, criminal law and dealing with criminal offences
• Employee recruiting and management

Successful candidates have the special theoretical knowledge and practical skills to manage facilities in the sauna and wellness area economically and successfully. They manage the safe and reliable operation of the facility and manage their employees in the implementation of high quality standards.
