  Participation in the 210 lesson training with COMCAVE College GmbH, recognized by PersCert TÜV.

  Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching units.

  In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Data protection law
  • EU-GDPR, Federal Data Protection Act
  • Organization of data protection and data security in the company
  • Operational responsibilities of the data protection officer

  Successful candidates know the legal requirements on the subject of data protection (EU GDPR, Federal Data Protection Act), the rights and responsibilities of the data protection officer as well as the components of an efficient data protection management system. They are in a position to meet the requirements in practice and to implement and oversee the basics of such a system.
