In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Communication management
• Contractual and non-contractual services
• Time management

Based on the medical diagnosis, successful participants advise patients on the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment alternatives. At least one alternative treatment is developed beyond the regular treatment. Dental advisors support patients in competent decisions on the dental treatment available to them.
