• Completed vocational training as a nurse, geriatric nurse, children’s nurse and
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in care within the last 10 years or
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in care as well as proof of regular further training during any career breaks or
• Proof of self-employed activity in the field of care/ care management of at least 3 years
• Successful completion in the TÜV Rheinland training course “Professional for Nursing Care Needs (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body.
• Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland training course “Care Expert (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body.

• Preparation of written expertise and presentation

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Fundamentals of Business Administration
• Preparation of written expertise reports
• Scientific writing
