• Valid certification as Fruit and Vegetable Professional
  and
• Successful participation in the training program “Specialist for Fruit and Vegetables” comprising 60 teaching units in 3 training modules. Participation is considered successful as long as the candidate has attended a minimum of 80% of the total course duration, proven by signature.

• Successful participation in the E-Learning course “Reduction in Losses with Fruit and Vegetables”
  and
• Successful completion of a project accompanied by a named project mentor and documented in the form of a project report

• Oral exam

• Personnel Management
• Evaluation and analysis of economic indicators
• Sales psychology

Successful candidates are in a position to independently manage and develop fruit and vegetable departments from an economic and content perspective.

Participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
