Employees of Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH can qualifiy themselves as Specialist Trainer if they have successfully completed a relevant vocational traineeship. In preparation for the certification exam employees are trained by the “VOSS+PARTNER GmbH”, during the course of a continuing education program consisting of 5 modules.

• Written examination
  Proof of knowledge in methods and didactics in adult education, concept development and participant motivation.
• Assignment
  Development of a teaching concept for a specialist training
• Demonstration lesson
  Implementation of the teaching concept developed in a practical teaching situation.

By certifying as „Rösler Specialist Trainers with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification” candidates have proven, that they can prepare topics in specialist continuing education methodically and didactically in a targeted fashion. Further they have proven that they can practically implement the training concepts developed oriented towards the target group under consideration of aspects of group dynamics.
