• Completed University degree in a relevant field such as architecture, civil engineering (Graduate or Master) and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience or course of study in a relevant field such as architecture, civil engineering (Bachelor) or
• A recognized qualification as master craftsman or technician in the building and construction sectors and a minimum professional experience of 5 years as well as
• Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Academy’s qualification “Expert for Damage to Buildings (TÜV)”, recognized by PersCert TÜV. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the 11 training modules.

• Flat and pitched roofs
• Screeds and floor coverings
• Windows and doors
• Quotas and decreases in value

Equipped with a comprehensive knowledge in the building trade, “Experts for Damage to Buildings (TÜV)”, can work for courts and authorities, but can also be commissioned to prepare written surveys in the context of professional self-employment by companies or private individuals.
