The test entails:

1. For Use in Aircraft

   TÜV Rheinland has tested for this product whether it fulfills the requirements for use in commercial aircraft.
   
   To this end, TÜV Rheinland has defined a testing catalog which establishes minimum standards for use in the aircraft according to the product and manufacturer's information, and provided the product is used as intended.
   
   The test catalog fulfills the requirements of the European aviation requirements for child restraint systems in aircraft (VO 965/2012), including the relevant guidelines. The product has been tested for specific criteria, e.g. installation and retention on airplane seats with lap belt attachment. The child seats are, among others, installed in a representative aircraft seat with standard belt variants. It is checked whether the installation and removal of the seat is working properly.
   
   The product was tested according to these criteria in the laboratory. The keyword "For Use in Aircraft" confirms that the product complies with the test criteria of TÜV Rheinland.

   

2. Group 0+ 0–13 kg
