• Completed school qualification
• Completed vocational training
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Successful participation in the Bonn-based platform 3I GmbH’s qualification „Digitalpass Expert” consisting of 3 training days, recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.
• Successfully passed examination "Professional “Digital Networking and Working 4.0” with TÜV Rheinland Certified qualification.

• Project report
• Oral examination (Story telling on project report plus methodical and subject-specific examination questions

In the examination, participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Agile working methods (“Lean Start Up”, Build-Measure-Learn” Logic)
• Error culture as part of the learning process
• Client-centered mindset and mode of operation
• Development and continual adjustment of business models
• Efficient working in cross-functional teams
• Story telling for the implementation of ideas
• Prioritization in projects depending on urgency and resource requirements

Successful participants are in a position to:

• Integrate innovative approaches into everyday business working processes
• Develop and implement ideas efficiently and in a cost-effective manner
• Be competitive in dynamic markets using fast creation of prototypes

In a recertification process participants prove their competence is up-to-date.
