Admission Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and
  • One year specific professional experience in the area of Service/Information/Checkout and
  • Successful participation in the seminar „Professional Service/Information/Checkout" comprising at least 60 lessons (of which a minimum of 40 lessons as classroom training). Participation is considered successful if the participant is present for at least 80% of the total duration of the seminar, confirmed by signature.
Examination Components:
  • Written exam (multiple choice)
  • Oral exam
