Admission Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training or a minimum 2-year professional experience
  • 1 year of specific professional experience in personnel support
  • Successful participation in the seminar “Human Resources Specialist” with a duration of 40 teaching units (+ self-study via e-learning modules (altogether approx. 20 lesson units) and a project task of 10 units. The participation is considered successful if the participant is present during a minimum of 80% of the total duration of the seminar, which has to be proven by signature
Examination Components:
  • Written exam (multiple choice)
  • Oral exam

  • application management
  • labor law
  • personnel organization
  • personnel development

Successful graduates are capable of performing operational and administrative tasks such as staff recruitment or personnel development in the retail sector.

Recertification:

In a recertification process participants have to prove their expertise is up to date.
