• A minimum experience of one year as trainer, teacher, lecturer, instructor, personnel developer, advisor, educational professional or manager, project employee or manager
• Basic skills in a presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint)

Successful participation in the Blended Learning Arrangement of the “Berufsbildungszentrum Augsburg of Lehmbaugruppe gGmbH” (Vocational Training Center Augsburg of Lehmbaugruppe gGmbH), recognized by the certification body and consisting of 8 webinars and 8 work assignments in self-study phases that are accompanied by a tutor.

• Written exam consisting of the development of a webinar concept
• Practical exam consisting of a Blended Learning Arrangement
• Moderation of the prepared webinar

In the exam, the participants demonstrate theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the following fields:

• Forms and elements of Blended Learning (BL)
• Visualization of the conceptualization of the Blended Learning  Arrangement (BLA)
• Roles and tasks of the E-Tutors in BL
• Preparation of a webinar
• Definition of learning objectives
• Technical requirements in VC and in LMS
• The self-study phase and the support concept in BL

Successful candidates are in a position to convey learning content in a methodical and didactically sensible manner using the possibilities offered by virtual classrooms and learning platforms.
