• University or University of Applied Science Degree or
• Completed vocational training in an area for which advisory knowledge and skills are required and
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as organizational developer, trainer or coach and/or proven skills in the field of psychology and communication.
• Participation in the PersCert TÜV recognized training “Certified Training Resilience Coaching” by Prof. Dr Jutta Heller with a duration of 18 days (6 modules each with a duration of 3 days) with a minimum attendance of 80%)

• Practical exam (training/coaching simulation)
• Assignment

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Resilience concept in general with individual and organizational resilience
• Application of the resilience concept in the areas of coaching, training, team development, organizational development
• Connection between development of resilience and leadership
• Occupational health management and burnout prevention
• Detailed preparation and performance of a coaching or training session.

Successful candidates are in a position to plan, implement and evaluate resilience measures for companies as well as to work as organizational developers, trainers and coaches.

The participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
