• Valid certification as „Personal Fitness Trainer with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification“.
• Successful course completion as trainer for electric muscle stimulation, recognized by the Personnel Certification body .
• Professional activity as an EMS Trainer has been pursued for at least 40 hours within the last 12 months.

In the examination, participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Anamnesis and contraindications
• Spotting and acting
• Back training and spotting
• Training for back problems and urinary incontinence
• Relaxation training
• Electrophysiology
• Body shaping
• Strain parameters and training planning
• Fat burning
• EMS intensification techniques

Building on their competence as Personal Fitness Trainers, successful candidates are in a position to professionally accompany EMS trainings.

Participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
