Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Academy’s qualification „Person Responsible for Property Rights (TÜV)”, recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minim attendance of 80% and after the successful participation in the modules „Property Rights and Intellectual Property (IP)“ and „Patent Management“

• Organization of patent and brand departments/offices
• Cooperation of internal and external parties
• Workflow, file management, Monitoring of deadlines, mail, filing and archives
• Application for patents, brands and designs
• Types and calculation of deadlines, grace periods, deadline extensions
• Fees in the course of the proceedings
• Communication with public offices
• Cooperation and communication with clients within the company and externally respectively
• Mandates, naming of inventors and priority documents
• Signatures, confirmations and translations regarding documents
• Assignment of property rights
• Review of official registers, register extracts on property rights

„Persons Responsible for Property Rights (TÜV)“ have the required legal and organizational knowledge to professionally process property rights. They know important deadlines and fee regimes. They know how to professionally work with public offices, courts and inventors and thus can apply for various property rights and initiate further steps.
