• Reading and writing skills
• Professional experience (2 years Heavy Truck Driving License)
• Successful completion of pre-assessment test before attending corresponding training course
• Successful participation in the “Hazardous Goods Driver Training“ by TÜV Rheinland Arabia LLC with an attendance of 100%
• Successful completion of the practical exercises during the course, in particular the driving and the loading exercises

• Written exam (multiple choice)
• Practical examination consisting of pre-departure check using standardized checklist

In the examination, participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Inspection of tanks
• Inspection of trucks and vehicles
• Individual qualification according to ARAMCO regulations
• Loading and offloading procedures
• Individual qualification with regard to safe driving

Successful candidates have the skills for driving Hazardous Goods Vehicles in conformity with Aramco Regulations for Hydrocarbon Truck Drivers and sound knowledge of Saudi Arabian traffic rules, emergency numbers and Aramco Safety Requirements.

All participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
